TOP GOLD SRL sources precious metals exclusively from LBMA suppliers. TOP GOLD SRL issues declarations of origin when requested by the customer. TOP GOLD srl has implemented a complaint management mechanism that allows interested parties to express their concerns about the veracity of the Declaration(s) of Origin. Any reports from the customer are forwarded to the RJC Coordinator by email at dichiarazionediprovenienza@topgoldsrl.com, who liaises with Production to analyze the situation. Only complaints relating to the content of the Declaration of Origin are admissible. The RJC Coordinator tracks down the documentation and certificates attesting to the declaration. The RJC Coordinator is responsible for providing a formal response to the Customer within 7 days of receiving the complaint.
